Return & Replacement – Before Accepting the Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or different product, please inspect it in front of the delivery agent and inform us immediately before accepting the delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

To Request a Return or Replacement, You’ll Need:

  • A valid order number or invoice.
  • A clear reason for the request.
  • Photos/videos of the product, if requested.

You Can Return or Replace If:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or colour.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is significantly different from the website description.

You Cannot Return or Replace If:

  • You have changed your mind after accepting the product.
  • The product has been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by you.
  • The original tags are removed or missing.
  • The product is a discount/sale item, unless the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Important: Check Before You Accept

Please inspect your clothing item carefully at the time of delivery. Once you accept the product, complaints regarding visible issues may not be accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. For prepaid orders, applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

For approved refunds, the amount will be processed through the applicable payment method. Cash refunds are not available.

Refunds will generally be processed within 10 working days after approval. Payment gateway or transaction charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
